We are "Tosa Inu" -lovers and -owners would
like to introduce the Tosa Inu breed to you on the following pages.
Tosa Inus are not comparable to any other
dog breed. Their history alone differs a lot from the history of dogs from
the western part of the world.
Their character is strongly adaptetd to
the Far Eastern mentality. If you think a dog always wants to please his
owner, you have never experienced an offended Tosa!
We created these pages in order to inform
you about this wonderful dog breed. We do not see any use in just presenting
a dog´s good qualities.
That is the reason, why you will also find
critical reports and frank information. Tosas´character is most important
to us. Appearance and standard are secondary qualities. Also important
are the potential owners of our Tosas.
We especially have an eye on them. Not everybody
is able to keep a dog like a Tosa. There are different reasons for it.
Since the public opinion is already negative, more negative headlines about
this dog breed is the last thing it needs.
